Return & Exchange Policy

At Between the Lines, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and your satisfaction. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to accept exchanges within 21 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that all shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
